Getting a new piece of exercise equipment means different things for different people. One of the most popular goals, promises or perhaps New Year resolutions is to get in shape. As a retired personal trainer, my recommendation is to get a piece of equipment you will actually plan on using. One piece of equipment other than weights that I highly recommend is a good treadmill. Where did summer go? All those morning runs on the beach are just a fading memory! I’m a fanatic about getting in my workouts. And, my favorite activity is running outdoors!
