Several weeks ago, I purchased a Smooth 9.15 treadmill. (A friend of mine recommended Smooth Fitness to me.) After I placed my order with Smooth Fitness, my treadmill arrived within 5 days. I was quite pleased with Smooth’s customer service department, as well as the timely delivery.

I used to run only outdoors. But, a few months ago, I started working at a new job. The hours that I am required to work leave me virtually no daylight time for running on most days…not even during the summer months. I have never enjoyed going to a gym. And, I do not feel safe running in the dark. I also did not want to give up running. So, I broke down and bought myself a treadmill.
Purchasing My Treadmill
For Christmas this year, I bought myself a new Smooth 9.15 treadmill. I’ve only had it a short time. So, I can’t honestly say how long it will last or how much maintenance it will require. But, from what I can tell, it appears to be a quality machine that should last for many years, as long as I don’t abuse it.
The 9.15 treadmill runs smoothly (just as its name suggests); and, it is unbelievably quiet compared to my old Pacemaster treadmill. I can actually meditate or focus on reading during my workouts, if I desire, without being distracted by the noise of the motor.

I am very impressed with this treadmill. I searched all over the Internet to find a perfect treadmill for my standards. I love to run and hate to do it outside. I’ve had it for about 2 months and have run on it at least 3 times per week (sometimes more) and I run it for at least 45 minutes at a time. My husband also uses it at least 3 times per week, not running as fast or as long, but still puts the miles on it.
