For the past four months, I have been researching treadmills with the goal of buying one that suits my needs and I wanted to share what I have learned with you. When I started, I thought it best to go to different fitness stores and talk to sales people, but that was hit and miss since some of the sales people knew a lot and some didn’t know much. The other thing that I did was to look up treadmill reviews at the library and on the internet (I will give you the details later in the review). Finally, when I had brought the list of treadmills to something manageable, I visited the stores again and ran on the two treadmills I liked best.
