ok so i was wondering about the treadmill. im about to buy one, and i want to figure out a excercise plan to lose as much fat as possible. im not fat or anything, just want to get rid of the extra. Is it more effective to run or walk? how often and how long should i ? what about incline ?
Hi, let me give you my answer, i just started the gym about 3 weeks ago, and i said they is no way so fast i will start to see anything yet yes you will tredmill love it i do this walk for one to two mins then run for one to two mins and buy a exercise belt that goes around you stomach its like 5 dollars at walmart but yes i have dropped one pants size already i love the treadmil do it.
