The Winter Season
I run alot! Whenever I get a spare minute in my busy day, you can usually find me outside enjoying a long jog. I train year round, which can become difficult during the winter season. It gets tough to exercise outside when those bitter months of snow and ice hit the earth. Thats why having the Spirit Z88 Folding Treadmill keeps me in shape year round.
My Favorite
Theres not alot of space in my small apartment, thats why having this dandy little product is so easy to set up. You can set it up in your home and not even realize it’s there because it’s so small.It is small,but also sturdy. It has to be, especially since it has to handle my 130lbs worth of ripped steel slamming away on it for a good hour. It holds together like none other. It’s basically unbreakable, which is perfect.
Health Wise
Running alot has the tendency to wear away at ones joints. This form of high intensity exercising can grind away at your knees, ankles, hips, and other very important places. This Spirit Teadmill absorbs that shock which normal hard ground throws back at your body. It allows you to train long lengths of time and not have to worry about the damage that would normally take place if you were on other harsh surfaces.
Asthetically Pleasing
Getting in a good work out is essentially what we all need, but it always feels good to look tough while you’re doing it. This product makes me feel like one of those professional athletes in the Gatorade commercials while I’m on it. The smooth silver and black handles molded together with it’s sleek sharp overall design. Who wouldn’t feel like a predator on the hunt with this piece of wicked sweet equipment.
Keeping me informed
What if I wanted to train for a marathon coming up in a couple of months. My schedule says I need to be going a certain distance at a certain speed. Luckily, you can stay informed on all of this information while you are running. I choose a 7.5 speed, along with a 7 mile distance please. Ta da! It keeps you counting down until you finish that distance, along with keeping your quick pace. You won’t have to wear your mind out by staring at that large clock on the wall, it’s all there for you at a glance.
I know that I will be able to keep myself in great shape this winter and the coming up months. The Spirit Z88 Folding Treadmill has made all of this possible.
